I can honestly say that our house in Sherman Oaks would not have sold this year if we didn’t have Vicki Watson and her team (Scott and Catherine) working for us. Our parents passed and left us with over 60 years of accumulated household goods, including extensive collections, furniture and much more. Vicki and Scott put together an Estate Sale that cleaned the place out in 5 hours. We weren’t even there; we just left it to them. Then they ran crews to clear away the rest of the trash, pulled up the carpets, removed the drapes, removed dated built-ins, and removed handicap ramps and rails. They even advised on landscape pruning and clean-up to show the house to its best advantage. They physically pulled up the nail tacks on the carpeted floors. They oversaw the inspections. Next, after they listed the house, they held open house after open house which gave the house maximum exposure. They were relentless. When items popped up during the escrow process, they worked with the buyer to help us (the sellers) iron-out potentially large wrinkles. They directed us and gave us valuable advice. They did more than we ever expected a Realtor team to do. It was like they were part of our family doing the lion’s share of the work. They are one of the most honest, hardworking teams I have met.
